Dear Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service being provided.
For the past one month, I have been repeatedly requesting a quotation, but no action has been taken so far. Despite following up at least 50 times with the contact number +91 86967 01000, I have still not received the quotation.
I am interested in taking a 500 Mbps broadband connection along with a leased line, but due to this continuous delay and lack of response, the experience has been very unsatisfactory.
Please treat this matter as urgent and share the quotation immediately, or let me know clearly if the service cannot be provided.
